May 2019 marks the date of a brick and mortar office 2914 East Katella Ave, Suite 204, Orange, CA 92867. This office represents a commitment by All Tech to better serve our clients in California and throughout the Western part of the United States.
New personnel have joined All Tech in this new office. In addition to Brittany Velilla, Western Regional Sales Manager, who has been with the company since July of 2018, Carmen Isham is the new Director of Business Development and Alexandra Santibañez is the new Sales and Marketing Administrator.

While still a student at California State University Fullerton, Alex began working for Microsemi Corp. as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Prime Contracts. Upon her graduation with a B.A. in Communications in August of 2014 she was promoted to a Sales Support position in the Distribution Quote Center where she maintained the company’s relationship with clients, distributors and vendors.
A lifetime resident of Orange County, CA, Alex enjoys swimming, hiking with her dog and traveling.
Carmen Isham, Director of Business Development
A veteran of the military and aerospace industries, Carmen was most recently Director World Wide Distribution and Contracts for Microsemi Corp. in Aliso Viejo, CA. She was with Microsemi for 32 years and grew up with the semiconductor industry first as an OEM Inside Sales Rep for 9 years, then promoted to Distribution Sales Manager for another 11 years before taking her latest position for the last 12 years.
Carmen is a creative thinker, experienced with all semiconductor products including FPGA, legacy analog and discretes. Her deep knowledge in this area makes her an asset to All Tech’s Custom Packaging, Value Added Services and Obsolescence Management programs.
