Micropac Industries, Inc., located in Garland, Texas, was established in 1963 as a custom hybrid microcircuit manufacturer. In order to strengthen the Company's position in the marketplace, the Microcircuits Division of Varo Inc., was acquired in 1969, with equipment, technology, employees and customer base transferred to Micropac.

The Company's products are used in a variety of military, space and aerospace and industrial systems. Industrial markets include, but are not limited to, medical, "high temperature" and electronics harsh environment electronics.
