Semicoa is the remaining major manufacturer of small signal, small signal RF, power transistors and photodiodes for the hi-rel military and space markets.

We have developed our capability and have built up our manufacturing infrastructure and capacity as the larger semiconductor houses have been exiting from these shrinking markets.

We are now proud to offer the broadest line of military qualified QPL transistors per MIL-PRF-19500, and the capacity to manufacture these in high volume.

All our transistors are available as chips for hybrid circuits.
